Divya Siddarth is a doctoral researcher at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. Divya’s research at the OII focuses on AI and democracy. In particular, she is interested in understanding the role of the broader public in co-creating and improving powerful AI models for greater collective benefit. Outside of the OII, Divya is the executive director and cofounder of the Collective Intelligence Project (CIP), and has worked with partners such as the Taiwanese Digital Ministry, the UK Frontier AI Task Force, OpenAI, Anthropic and Creative Commons on early experiments related to her thesis.
