Jaakko Kilpi is a pre-doctoral researcher in the Digital Economic Security Lab at Aalto University. His research examines the digital dependencies of public sector institutions on commercial cloud infrastructure. His work draws on quantitative and computational methods, combining machine learning with empirical validation to study these dependencies across multiple countries.
