Ana Paula Gonzalez Torres

Ana Paula is a doctoral researcher working on the regulation of artificial intelligence. In specific, the European Union’s AI Act. Her research aims to bridge the gap between legal provisions and computer science practices with a view to responsible AI. In her work, Ana Paula has conducted interdisciplinary analyses of the global AI policy frameworks, AI Actregulatory sandboxes, and efforts in AI standardisation.
